The problem first

Curious, independent, and on your side. Which is exactly why I'll challenge you rather than just agree.
I've spent 20 years helping organisations across media, gaming, retail and telecoms understand what is really driving performance, and then do something about it.
Along the way I've rebuilt how performance is managed, designed and launched leadership programmes, reshaped senior teams around the strategy, and led sales capability work for organisations with 1,400+ frontline people. I've also created performance frameworks and models that help leaders and their people have better, more honest conversations about performance.
What I've learned is that most organisations measure performance results, and far fewer understand how they got there. The data is usually there, and it's usually more than just the numbers at the end. What's missing is someone joining the dots between people, data and results across the board, from HR right through to your business scorecard, and having the nerve to say what all of that actually shows.
That's what M40 People and Performance is for.
Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute, Henley-trained executive coach, and CIPD Level 7.
Professional indemnity cover, a data processing agreement with every client, and your data deleted at the end.
M40 is in its early days, and I'm having a small number of conversations to shape it. Case studies will follow, with permission.
